Return & Refund Policy – Barely Pressed Beauty

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 15 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Completely sealed
  • In its original packaging

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace or refund it. Please email us at barelypressedbeauty@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used personal care items

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times can vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will also replace items that are damaged or defective.

Shipping (Returns & Exchanges)

For items over $25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible at barelypressedbeauty@yahoo.com.

  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed
  • If you still request a cancellation after processing, a 30% restocking fee may apply
  • If eligible, you may return the item once received following our return policy
